Hatsun uses Tetrapak pasteurisers & homogenisers, West Falia Cream Separators and Clarifiers for processing milk. Hatsun s powder plant deploys Danish Anhydro design equipment by Alfa Laval. The milk to powder conversion is done employing Fluid Bed Drier process and High Pressure Atomization, thereby ensuring the milk powder is instantly soluble and retains optimum nutritive value. The Quality Assurance of Hatsun ensures that stringent quality standards and norms of American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) are fully met.
